Privacy Policy

Rhodo is for parents of children enrolled at the nursery/center, so they can follow their children safely. This page explains what the app shows and how we protect it.

What information does the app show?

• Child details: name, age, class, branch and profile photo.
• Sessions and attendance, specialist notes and home activities that the nursery chooses to share with you.
• Development assessments, the medical file and incident reports you are notified about.
• Photos, videos and posts published by the nursery, and your likes and comments on them.
• Financial information for display only (installments and receipts). No payment is taken inside the app.

What do we collect from your device?

• A push-notification token, to send you the nursery's alerts.
• The picture you choose for your child, if you upload one.

We use no advertising and no tracking tools, and we never sell or share your data with advertisers.

Who can see the data?

Only the registered parent sees their own children's data, through an account created by the nursery. Posts addressed to one child are not shown to other families.

Security and retention

Data travels over an encrypted connection and your sign-in token is kept in the device's secure storage. We keep data while the child is enrolled, following the nursery's policy.

Rhodo Kids (the children's game)

• Rhodo Kids is made for children aged 3 to 6. It has no advertising, no purchases, no chat, no external links a child can reach, and no third-party tracking tools.
• If the game is not linked to a Rhodo account, nothing is sent from it and the play statistics stay on the child's device only.
• When a parent links the game to their account (with a one-time code created in the Rhodo app), only short play statistics are sent: the levels the child finished, play time, and the answers to cards and puzzles (right or wrong). We do not collect names, photos, voice or location.
• These statistics are shown to the parent in the "Rhodo Kids" tab of the Rhodo app.
• A parent can unlink at any time from the Rhodo app or from the "For parents" button in the game (it asks a grown-up question first), and sending stops at once. Parents can ask us to delete the stored statistics.
